Fresno property managers disagree with city on interior inspection plan

Fresno property managers turned out impressively for a workshop held at Fresno’s City Hall on Wednesday to dispute the need for wide based interior inspections. The City of Fresno is in the process of creating a registry and mandating interior inspections which will require a fee charged to every renter in the city.
