Fresno voters have returned 29% of ballots thus far

According to the Fresno election office, 29% of voters in the city of Fresno have returned their requested vote by mail ballots.
127,562 vote by mail ballots have been requested for the general election within the city borders; 36,765 have been returned as of October 31.
