CALmatters’ Dan Walters is sounding the siren that history is repeating itself when it comes to energy deregulation.
In his latest piece, Walters recalls the history of power company deregulation in the 1990s and how badly it missed on its promises.

Joining GV Wire in 2016, Taub covers politics, government and elections, mainly in the Fresno/Clovis area. He also writes columns about local eateries (Appetite for Fresno), pro wrestling (Off the Bottom Rope), and media (Media Man).
